Step 1. Find the Knife

Tap on the right curtain next to the window to pull it back. A knife is hidden behind it. Add the knife to your inventory.

Select the knife from your inventory and use it on the seat of the office chair. The cushion will be cut open, revealing a key. Pick it up.
